We take pride in the craftsmanship of our writing instruments and offer a 30-day return window for items in original, unused condition with all authentic packaging. Please note that personalized or engraved pens are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and generate your unique Return Authorization number.
Secure Packaging
Place the pen in its original Montblanc presentation box and secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are removed.
Processing and Refund
Once our master craftsmen inspect the returned instrument for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
